Earle will be on the judging panel for the Leadership Award category
Earle Wilkes is thrilled to share the news of his new judging role: "I am honoured to have been invited to join this fantastic judging whānau for this year's Diversity Awards NZ™, an annual event of Diversity Works NZ. These awards are the most significant awards programme in Aotearoa New Zealand to celebrate excellence in workplace diversity, equity and inclusion. I will be one of the judges for the Leadership category, together with other experienced, well-regarded and knowledgeable DEI professionals."
Along with the other judges, Earle was asked due to his track record of advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace. It is important to acknowledge their commitment as volunteers, sharing their unique expertise and experience, reviewing every entry, visiting finalists and deciding the award winners.
