Join us on Friday 29th August for a thought-provoking conversation

We are excited to announce that this coming Friday 29th August, Earle Wilkes has been invited by the University of Otago Business School to present a seminar as part of their Business for Good initiative. This initiative is to recognise businesspeople or leaders and their practices and successes which deliver on more than just profit – that go over and above to honour, protect or develop people, the planet, support communities, align with the UN SDG’s or want to be active contributors to society in some demonstrable way. The University of Otago Business school is keen to be able to showcase, recognise and celebrate businesses and their leaders who are doing great things in Aotearoa and beyond, and for students to learn from real-world industry experts just what is possible and how to ensure that organisations reflect the people they serve.

Otago Business School is taking this opportunity to be able to showcase Earle’s important work to the students and staff of the Otago Business School, and be able to celebrate Equity Matters and the important work which we are trying to achieve. Whilst these have always been in person presentations in the past, this will be the very first live-streamed seminar! Earle’s seminar will cover the journey of the business, the mission and vision and his WHY.

This session will be open to all via the QR code or Zoom link, including undergraduates, postgraduates, staff and alumni. There will be ample opportunity for questions through a Q&A session at the end of Earle’s presentation.

Join us for an honest, thought-provoking conversation about the impact of EDI in our world – and your role in it.
