First time attending/exhibiting and it was a resounding success!
Had a great couple of days at the HR and L&D Innovation & Tech Fest (techfestconf.com/nz) last week in Auckland. We had so many interesting conversations, including with some of our clients. We received many thought-provoking questions such as why and how do we continue to do work in the EDI space, when there are so many factors working against us right now (the Trump administration and its worldwide repercussions, for example). One of the main reasons we keep doing this work is because we believe in it – it’s our passion, and yes, it may sound like a cliché, but we're here to contribute to making the world a better place.
