This training programme is aimed at those who have HR, wider people and organisation development, culture change, leadership and governance responsibilities. This one-day course will provide attendees with clarity regarding: - Recognising and defining institutional discrimination, focusing on racism and sexism - Effective management and elimination of institutional discrimination - Preventing institutional discrimination from becoming embedded within your organisation - Empowering and validating non-traditional stakeholder voices Course attendees will also have a safe space to share issues and seek advice from our EID experts.
